Retirement Plan Sales Executive

Sentry is looking for a high performing and driven sales professional to join our 401(k)/Retirement Plan sales force. You must be skilled at building strong and profitable relationships in defined markets.  As a Retirement Plan Sales Executive, you’ll market our 401(k) and Retirement Plans to a unique target market.  Focusing on providing services to help companies build well rounded retirement plan options for their employees.

What You'll Do

  • Sell directly to target markets that are uniquely fit the retirement plan’s focus market. 
  • Retain profitable business by providing effective, quality service to Plan Sponsors.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with target businesses

What it Takes

  • 3-5  years experience in 401k sales
  • Exceptional sales and relationship building skills
  • A self-disciplined individual that can thrive in a remote work environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively and remain organized
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements
  • Required to have primary residence within the State of Wisconsin
  • Life License Required or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • FINRA Licenses and Retirement Plan Industry specific designations a plus
