Bilingual Customer Service Rep (Part-Time)

You’re determined to use your quick-thinking, multi-tasking skills to provide quality customer service to insureds, claimants, and others relating to the first notice of loss reports.
To meet the needs of our customers, we're looking for part-time availability during the following times:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 10:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Schedules are based on your availability and business needs and are created two weeks in advance. Shift may vary between 3 hours to 8 hours.
This position is required to work onsite at our Goldsboro, NC office.
What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you’ll work within our First Notice of Loss call center, being the first phone contact with our customers when they call in to report a loss. Additionally, you’ll:
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls from our customers
- Document information provided into our system while speaking with the customer
- Provide excellent customer service
- Obtain and record necessary information from customers for first notice of loss reports
- Professionally respond to customer requests and inquiries while adjusting to varying situations and customers
- Utilize additional communication channels within our Contact Center, such as email, fax, and digital
What it Takes
- High School degree or equivalent work experience
- Call center experience or a customer service background preferred
- Professional communication skills in English & Spanish, both verbally and written
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized
- Effective listening skills and the ability to summarize provided information
- Good working knowledge of PC based computers and Microsoft Office
