Our SEM Analysts are responsible for driving customer acquisition and lead generation through the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and digital advertising campaigns.
What You'll Do
As an SEM Analyst, you will manage search marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, as well as additional channels including Display, YouTube, Retargeting, and Performance Max. In addition, you will:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Support additional digital channels such as Display, YouTube, Retargeting, and Performance Max to drive acquisition goals.
- Perform keyword research to identify high‑value opportunities and ensure strong query coverage.
- Improve campaign performance through landing page evaluation and recommendations for UX, content, and conversion-rate enhancements.
- Develop and test ad copy, creative variations, and audience strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance trends, and budget allocation to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
- Analyze fluctuations in traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
- Build and maintain tracking infrastructure, including tagging, conversion events, and platform integrations.
- Create cross‑channel performance dashboards and standardized reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Translate data insights into clear recommendations that support marketing, sales, and broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and channel teams to support integrated marketing strategies and performance optimization.
- Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and competitive trends to inform future testing and campaign planning.
What it Takes
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Economics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
