What You'll Do
As a National Powersports Business Development Executive, you will:
Direct and oversee external sales strategies for the motorcycle/powersports line of business
Collaborate with business area leadership to develop and drive strategies that improve distribution opportunities
Lead the development of new and alternative distribution opportunities that may utilize multiple channels and technologies
Drive the team to cultivate, solicit, and manage new, existing, and strategic partners in the personal lines spaces in which we operate
Create vision and strategy designed to expand distribution in effort to enhance growth opportunities for our products, while coordinating and communicating with other leaders within the organization
Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion
Additionally, you will:
Provide leadership in the development of marketing campaigns designed to promote the brand and engage distribution partners across channels
Administer human resource related activities. Select, develop, motivate, and recognize associates
What it Takes
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or other related discipline or equivalent work experience
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage others
Extensive knowledge of consumer products marketing and specialty products
Ability to work in a matrix environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Leadership, creativity, problem solving, and analytical skills with proven ability to effectively communicate, develop relationships, and make quality decisions
Ability to travel as necessary to satisfactorily complete their job responsibilities as assigned
