A leader of the team that applies strategies to optimize revenue through the process of turning potential customer leads into revenue.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Director Leads & Monetization, you will:

  • Track lead performance, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and determine the ideal price for buying and selling leads to the right buyers

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve the strategy to maximize contribution to achievement of company goals

  • Lead the team in developing the annual plan for programs within area of responsibility

  • Monitor forecasts throughout the year to ensure delivery of expected results

  • Maintain an active test and learn culture with internal and external partners, collaborate with analytical resources to ensure statistical reliability of conclusions and recommendations

  • Create a collaborative performance driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency and inclusion both within and outside of our department. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, performance assessment, and support on-going development.

What it Takes

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of related work experience

  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance industry concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Demonstrated communication, organization, and planning skills both orally and in writing

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and have the ability to represent the company effectively in public forums and when interacting with potential partners

  • Demonstrated ability to perform data and financial analysis

  • Demonstrated creative skills

  • Demonstrated PC and Windows skills (intermediate level of Microsoft Excel required)
