Supports the growth, development, and lifecycle management of Telematics-enabled insurance products and programs.

This position will be seated at our office in Stevens Point, WI under a hybrid work model.

What You’ll Do:

As a Telematics Product Specialist, you will provide support to underwriting, claims, loss control, and other internal associates, as well as agents and customers on Telematics-enabled programs and processes. You will also provide assistance to all involved in telematics-based programs at Sentry. In addition, you will…

  • Provides day-to-day support via email and phone to agents and customers in the on-boarding and validation process of Sentry’s telematics program(s). Ensures that onboarded motor carriers are Sentry customers.

  • Supports the monitoring and reporting of our telematics products and programs, including, but not limited to, underwriting, claims, and pricing.

  • Tracks and supports the first notice of loss team on collision reports received via email on our telematics data sharing enabled customers. Ensures that collision reports received are Sentry insureds.

  • Works in conjunction with other Sentry associates and external telematics data providers to communicate enhancements to the telematics process. Performs any associated testing that involves changes to Sentry’s internal systems.

  • Assists the corporate loss control team in the analysis of telematics-based reports for use in customer feedback and support.

What it Takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of related work experience

  • Demonstrates technical insurance background

  • Effective organization skills human relations, analytical, and communication skills

  • Previous data analytics experience beneficial
