What You’ll Do

Our Legal Specialists assist the attorney staff by conducting research, reviewing and summarizing standard agreements and assisting with regulatory filings. In addition, you’ll:

• Assist with interpreting statutes, model law, regulations and legal articles
• Respond to inquiries in support of the legal counsel
• Gather information from various business units to assist with state and federal filings
• Participate in various projects to address specific legal related needs/issues

What it Takes

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
• Ability to work within time constraints to meet deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess high level of attention to detail
• Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and in multi-jurisdictional venues
